Our Equipment Rental Policies
What constitutes a rental period?
- 4 hour period is four (4) consecutive hours or 4pm thru 9am (Monday thru Saturday).
- Day is 24 hours out or Saturday 4pm thru Monday 9am. (maximum 8 hours use).
- Week is seven (7) consecutive days (maximum 40 hours use).
- We charge for time out, not time used.

Rental Payment:
- Payment is due in advance in the form of cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept checks.
Identification:
- A local driver’s license is required as identification.
Deposits:
- We reserve the right to a deposit on any piece of equipment if deemed necessary.
- All deposits must be made in cash and are in addition to the rental price plus tax and damage waiver.
- Maryland retail sales and use tax is collected on all rentals and sales unless a copy of a tax certificate has been provided.
WE ARE ALWAYS ADDING ITEMS TO OUR INVENTORY. IF YOU DON’T SEE WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, PLEASE ASK.
Note: These policies do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
