Our Party Rental Policies
Payment & Terms
- At the time your reservation is made, 50% of the rental amount is required.
- We do not deliver or pull items until payment has been received and we have a signed contract on file.
- Full payment for all fees will be due in advance on or before pick-up by customer, or before deliveries.
- NO CREDIT will be given for unused equipment.
- Rental rates are subject to change without notice.
Reservations
- Reservations are encouraged in advance to ensure availability of the items you need.
- A retainer fee is required upon reserving the items.
Deliveries
- Deliveries and Pick Ups are made to ground level only.
- There is an additional charge for upstairs, downstairs and elevator deliveries.
- Arrangements must be made in advance for special circumstance deliveries.
- Charges will depend on time, distance and size of order.
- Deliveries are made during normal business hours.
- Deliveries made before or after regular business hours will be charged an additional fee and arrangements must be made in advance.
- Drivers do not handle monies.
Pick-Up
- Equipment must be kept in a sheltered location and is the responsibility of the lessee from time of delivery until time of pick-up.
- China, flatware and glassware must be rinsed and free of food/beverage and put back into containers provided.
- Tables and chairs will be stacked upon delivery, and must be stacked for pick-up. Set-up and tear-down of tables and chairs is available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.
- Drivers do not handle monies.
Damage
- Damaged linen will be charged at replacement value; do not store linens in plastic bags; they may mildew and be destroyed.
- All breakage and loss of equipment will be charged at replacement value.
- Our count of items must be accepted unless we are notified immediately.
Note: These policies do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
